The beach was anything but tranquil; the waves were immense and not suitable for swimming. The centre was inundated with seaweed, making it difficult to enjoy the scenery.
We had high hopes of visiting the isolated beach, but after attempting to make our way down from the car park on our hired mopeds, we quickly realised that it was a bad idea. With 100 meters of treacherous gravel and potholes, we made the wise decision to turn back.
This beach near Cala Mesquida has a lot of potential and the view is spectacular. The water is blue and it's easy to access - you can get there by foot or with an off-road car, although the road that leads to it is damaged. Unfortunately, it is full of seaweed.
This spot is an ideal spot to unwind and relax. It's peaceful and secluded, but unfortunately swimming isn't possible due to the uncleanliness of the water. The area is also full of lush green grass.
The beach we visited in March was far from a pleasant experience. Despite the glowing reviews we had read, the scenery was unimpressive and the waters choppy. The road leading to the beach was in a terrible state. It was potholed and would have taken a 4x4 to navigate without damaging the undercarriage. One section of the road resembled a sink hole, and instead of taking two minutes, it took us thirty. We wouldn't recommend this beach due to its condition, and it desperately needs to be fixed.
