One of the best-kept secrets of the Costa Brava, this beach can only be accessed by boat. It's a stunning spot that's well worth the journey, and best of all, entry is free to the public. 💙
I had the pleasure of taking a stroll at the beach, which was simply stunning. The scenery was breathtaking, with the sun glistening off the ocean. It was a truly remarkable experience that I won't soon forget.
Kayaking to the bay from Fenals beach, I arrived in the early afternoon to find it full of boats. The water close to the shore was a bit murky, but if you swam a bit further out, to the right near the rocks, you could find some good spots for snorkeling. Unfortunately, the waves were quite strong. It would be so much better if there were fewer boats around.
This beach near Blanes is a great spot for swimming and trying out snorkeling. Unfortunately, some boaters tend to speed along the shoreline, making it a less than pleasant experience. Sadly, this behavior is all too common, regardless of the location. One would hope that these boaters would realize just how vast the Mediterranean Sea is compared to the coastal waters.
Accessing this beach is a breeze if you have a boat, but if you don't, it might as well be a million miles away! Getting there on foot is a total impossibility.
