The only positive aspect of the beach was the staff who maintained the cleanliness of the rooms. However, we were disappointed with the receptionist who refused to help us purchase food for our child from the cafeteria when we were only 5 minutes late, insisting that we pay for it instead. This experience left a bad impression on us and we will not be choosing this hotel again. Additionally, we were served fish that had not been properly cleaned, resulting in a bitter taste. When we ordered orange juice from the cafeteria, we were told it would be brought to us immediately, only to be charged $3 for a glass without prior notice. This lack of transparency was disappointing, especially considering we were initially informed that all meals and alcohol were complimentary upon check-in.
I stayed at this hotel for a week and had a great time. The hotel is nice and the service is top-notch. A special shout out to the animation team who made our holiday more enjoyable and fun. A big thank you to Katya from Ukraine, who is always willing to help with any questions. I hope to return in the future.
The rooms and beach were nice, but we were disappointed to find out that the water park was not operational. The service could have been better, as they repeatedly reminded us not to play table tennis too aggressively for fear of breaking the balls.
Unfortunately, the Pyramisa Hotel did not live up to its promises or advertisements. The hotel was undergoing construction, many of the restaurants were closed, and our premium sea view room was dirty and in poor condition. The balcony was dirty with bird droppings, the chairs were old and stained, and the minibar was never restocked as promised. Despite being advertised as a 5-star hotel, it did not meet those standards. The beach was actually just sand on a cliff, and the small 100-foot beach was in poor condition. The only positive aspect was the friendly staff. I have taken photos of the disrepair and construction at the hotel and will be sharing them on trip advisor.
The red sea water at this beach is absolutely stunning, with an abundance of fish and clear blue water. The staff was friendly, but they were always trying to make sales, so be sure to negotiate everything you want to buy. Surprisingly, the staff spoke more Russian and Italian than English. It's a safe environment where you can leave your belongings by the beach or pool without worry. I would love to go back and try another hotel for comparison, but this one was great. The food was delicious, but there was a lot of no-name alcohol and you have to pay for drinks after midnight, probably for those who can't handle their liquor. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit and was an amazing experience for my wife and me. Just be cautious of bed bugs and note that it's not wheelchair or stroller accessible.
