After failing to secure a spot at one of the overcrowded beaches outside Ksamil, we stumbled upon Paradise Beach. Despite initial apprehension due to negative reviews, we were pleasantly surprised by the ample parking, restaurant and bar options, and abundance of sunbeds. The music playing in the background added to the beach vibes without being too overwhelming. The majority of sunbeds were the fabric type, which allowed for optimal sunbathing, and the aluminum frames were preferred over the wooden ones with soft mattresses. While some people opted to lay on their own towels, it's unclear if this is allowed without paying for a sunbed. Overall, our experience at Paradise Beach was enjoyable and we were able to stay until late afternoon with plenty of space still available.
Looking for a beach to take your little ones to? This one might do the trick, but don't expect to find any treasures in the sand - unless you count discarded cigarette butts and soggy wipes as treasures. The beach is a bit of a mess, and it seems like the folks who charge you for umbrellas should be the ones cleaning it up. As for the nearby restaurants, well, let's just say you might want to pack a picnic instead.
This beach boasts a modest charm with its pristine sands that stretch out towards the sea. The sand near the water is particularly delightful, offering a comfortable spot to bask in the sun and soak up the ocean's refreshing breeze. While half of the beach is free to enjoy, the other half offers the added luxury of paid beach chairs for those seeking a little extra comfort. Overall, this beach is a hidden gem that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
