The beach is beautiful and secluded, with rocks and pebbles visible at high tide. It's uncertain if there is sand at low tide. It's a great spot for an evening picnic or BBQ to enjoy the sunset. The beach is a bit of a trek to get to, and the only parking available is in the A39 layby, which can accommodate about 5 cars.
The beach is very pebbly but beautiful. We had the whole beach to ourselves, which was great. The views are stunning and it's very relaxing. The walk down to the beach is quite long and heading back feels quite steep.
This beach is beautifully secluded, but don't expect golden sands. It's even more beautiful and interesting than that! You can access it from the South West Coast Path through a woodland track, just be careful of your footing. Check out more photos on @dee.crute's Instagram.
The walk down to Horn's Cross beach is quite steep and can be slippery with wet leaves. The beach is surrounded by a beautiful valley and there are helpful steps leading to the stony shore. It's a great spot for rock lovers to enjoy.
The beach is fantastic with pebbles and great for walking. The parking area is a bit of a trek, but parking is limited. You can take coastal walks to Bucks Mills or Greencliff. The beach has interesting geology for those interested. Make sure to check tide times before walking to Bucks Mills, as it's a long walk with no escape from the tide.
